In most cases hardware and software purchases will be shipped directly to you from the hardware vendor and you will be kept notified of estimated delivery dates.

Returns

Should a hardware or software purchase be found to be faulty please in the first instance contact the vendor directly, or failing that contact us care of the 'Contact Us' page and a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.
